Between October 8–10, 2025, another edition of the AIBA Conference took place — one of the most important events dedicated to artificial intelligence and automation in business. As every year, the conference was held in the stunning setting of the Silesian Museum in Katowice, a space that beautifully blends history and modernity — perfectly reflecting the spirit of the entire event.

A Project Close to My Heart

This project is very special to me — I’ve been involved with AIBA Conference since its very first edition. Every year, I get to watch it grow, evolve, and attract more experts from all around the world. This year, the conference lasted a full three days, featuring over 50 speakers from more than a dozen countries and bringing together hundreds of participants representing tech companies, startups, and academic institutions.

My Role During the Conference

Just like in previous years, I was responsible for live streaming from the main auditorium, where all talks and panel discussions took place. The broadcast was delivered in PPV format in cooperation with PPV-Stream.pl, who once again demonstrated full professionalism and provided top-notch technical solutions.

I was joined by Piotr Góra and Michał Figura — together, we formed a tight-knit three-person crew ensuring that everything ran smoothly. The very next day after the conference ended, we handed over a complete set of recordings — over 8 hours of material, ready for further use.

Exceptional Organization and Atmosphere

Year after year, I am increasingly impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the organizers — the Silesian Startup Foundation, led by Kuba Nagórski (President), Małgorzata Skorupa (Vice President), and Marcelina Górska-Karbowy (COO & Event Manager AIBA).Thanks to their vision, energy, and attention to detail, the conference continues to reach new heights, both in terms of organization and content. The atmosphere throughout the event remains incredibly inspiring and full of positive energy.

Another highlight this year was the modern approach to simultaneous translation, provided by VASCO. Thanks to their AI-powered solutions, participants from different countries could fully enjoy the international nature of the conference — both on-site and online.

I also have to mention Edyta Kucharczyk, who meticulously oversaw multimedia presentations and screen content coordination, and Habib Moskin, who — as every year — hosted the event with outstanding professionalism, charisma, and style.

Why this event is so special to me

Each edition of AIBA Conference is much more than just another project — it’s a meeting with people who truly believe in the power of technology and its impact on the future. It’s incredibly rewarding to see how AIBA Conference grows in prestige year after year, and to be part of the team that brings this unique experience to life from behind the scenes.

This year’s three-day edition once again proved that AIBA Conference is a truly international event that passionately connects technology, business, and people.I’d like to thank the organizers for their trust and for allowing me to be part of this project since the very beginning. It’s a real pleasure to work alongside a team that raises the bar higher each year — creating an event that Katowice and the entire tech community can truly be proud of.

Your project deserves a professional touch — whether it’s a YouTube live stream, a PPV event, or a podcast recording. Reach out, and I’ll take care of the rest.
